Free Lekhio keeps your books for nothing, and shows your Self Assessment dates if you are a sole trader, a landlord or a partner. It reads the receipts you photograph or upload, up to 60 a day. Past that, a receipt is kept and read in turn from the next day, up to 180 kept at once. Paid Lekhio does the work, up to 60 reads a day across receipts, voice notes and questions, with no tier above it and no bill at the end of the year for the busy months. Questions to Lekhio also have a monthly allowance by plan: up to 60 a month for a sole trader or a landlord, and 120 for a limited company or a partnership.

Your quarterly update sent from Lekhio, once you approve it. HMRC has granted Lekhio production access, but the part of Lekhio that sends is not built yet, and we will not put a date on it. Until it is, Lekhio prepares the figures and you send them through other software that works with Making Tax Digital, or your accountant does.
